Offered a is a used Georgia 1968 Richmond County Old License 19 B 852 Plate in good rustic condition, paint is green with some fade and the white paint for the letters and numbers are good with some rust. Recently purchased from an estate sale were many vintage automobile and motorcycle collectibles and memorabilia.
