    Thomas Forester English Multicolor Majolica Bird Pitcher Jug Circa 1880-1890s
    Nice English Majolica pitcher / jug with relief molded bird and branches on either side. Decorated in pink, brown, green, and yellow on the outside and pink on the inside. Unmarked, but attributed to Thomas Forester. Circa 1880 to 1890s.
    Has overall crazing typical of Majolica, and numerous large and small spots of glaze flaking along the base, spout, and and small spots of glaze flaking to the handle, but no post manufacture chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 7 1/4 inches wide from spout to handle x 7 3/4 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
